GSX-8R wins in MotoAmerica

The GSX-8R has taken its first win in MotoAmerica, winning the opening Twins Cup race at Road Atlanta.

 

Rocco Landers turned pole position into victory on his RevZilla/Motul/Vance & Hines Suzuki at the opening round of the 2024 season, building on the preseason promise and podium at the Daytona 200.

 

In tricky conditions he finished 8th in race two.

He said afterwards, "Things came together a bit late in the offseason, but everyone on the team busted their tails to have us ready.

 

"Getting the first podium on the GSX-8R at Daytona was nice, but to win this race at my favorite track is another level beyond that. It was such a fun race after having to fight hard and work my way up from third. I’m stoked and really can’t thank everyone enough at RevZilla/Motul/Vance & Hines and Suzuki."
