Ken Roczen claimed another podium finish to maintain his 2026 AMA Supercross Championship aspirations, finishing third in Nashville despite a crash.

On his Progessive Insurance RM-Z450 Roczen claimed his fourth straight podium finish after back-to-back wins to move into second place in the championship. The result came despite a crash in the main event.

Roczen was squeezed off the start but made an excellent move out of turn one to slot into second place. He swiftly moved into the lead and led the race until after the halfway point, looking comfortable despite sustained pressure from behind.

However, a small mistake as the track deteriorated saw him relinquish the lead. He immediately responded, but was eventually bested. He then kept the pressure on the new leader but suffered a small crash that dropped him to fourth.

A quick kick of his RM-Z450 and he was on the move and recovered to fourth at the chequered flag.

He said, "It was a pretty tough day. We knew with the warmer weather that the track was going to be extremely dry. After a tough heat race, I ended up fourth. We went into the main event still having high hopes though, and we led there for quite a few laps until another rider got by me. I was planning on bringing it home in second place; we had a little bit of a gap to third. But, I just made a mistake and lost it and tipped it over.

"After I got back up, luckily I was able to get it going quickly and ended up passing for third and brought it home on the podium. Of course, I would have liked to have gotten those couple of additional points from second, but we will take what we got right now."
