STUTTGART SUPERCROSS SEES SUZUKI 1-2

Back to news

Suzuki riders dominated last weekend's Stuttgart Supercross, with Sturm Racing Suzuki's Cedric Soubeyras winning both night's action and SR75 World Team Suzuki's three-time Arenacross UK champion Thomas Ramette, second.

Soubeyras said of the event, "I came here with a lot of confidence and I was able to deliver my performance even under pressure on Saturday. The weekend was just amazing. I enjoyed the races and I am so incredibly happy about my victories."

The two Americans of Cole Martinez and Kyle Cunningham did not get into contention on Friday and therefore missed-out on entering the final. But on Saturday they both compensated, as Martinez finished on the podium with a third place, and Cunningham showed his true potential with a fifth position.

Overall there were five RM-Z450s in the top-10, with Soubeyras and Ramette first and second, plus Florent Richier in fifth, and Cole Martinez and Kyle Cunningham ninth and 10th overall.
